Feeling stuck or in a rut
An "interesting" life isn't usually about having more - more money, more possessions, more achievements. It's about having more firsts: new places, new activities, new small experiences that give you something to actually think about and talk about, rather than another version of a day you've already had a hundred times.
The research on this is fairly consistent: novelty is one of the strongest predictors of how rich a period of your life feels in hindsight, more than how busy or "productive" it was. A weekend with one new experience tends to be remembered far more vividly than a weekend that was simply full.
You don't need dramatic novelty to get this effect - trying a food you've never had, visiting a part of your own town you've never explored, starting something you've always been curious about, or working towards a goal you've quietly wanted for years all count.
365ALIVE's Life List exists to hold all of those "I've always wanted to..." ideas somewhere real instead of the back of your mind, and Go Explore helps you find new-to-you experiences nearby whenever you want one - the goal is simply more firsts on a normal week, not a bucket-list trip you're waiting to afford.
